Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, or are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
