Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Use: The 7-Day ReduceXS® Total Body Cleansing Program is a
convenient and simple 2-step process that provides complete
nutritional support for deep cellular cleansing. After finishing this
7-day program, most people feel energized and have an increased
sense of well-being. For optimal health, improved digestion and
increased energy, invigorate yourself by scheduling the 7-Day
ReduceXS® Total Body Cleansing Program every 3 months.

Directions: Recommended Adult Dose:
Step 1 (Days 1–4): Take 1 scoop (32.4 g) of RestorX® Intestinal Repair Nutritional Drink Mix 2 times per day in water or follow mixing instructions below. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Step 1 supports gut barrier integrity and function, and prepares the body for healthy detoxification.
Step 2 (Days 5–7): Take 2 scoops (40 g) of DetoxiCleanse® Detoxification Nutritional Drink Mix 3 times per day in water or follow mixing instructions below. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Step 2 nutritionally supports healthy detoxification.
All 7 Days: Take 1 packet of the enclosed BioLivX® and Colon Support supplements each day at noon. The packets provide additional support for liver and colon function. Include a liberal diet of raw and/or steamed vegetables and fresh fruit. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of purified water or herbal teas daily.

Caution: Step 1 RestorX® and Step 2 DetoxiCleanse®
For adults only. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet, if you have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, iron deficiency, kidney stones, a kidney or liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice), or if you are having surgery, are taking an anticoagulant (blood thinner) or an anti-inflammatory. May cause urine discoloration. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, or indigestion. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/ or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Keep out of reach of children.
Colon Support Tablets
Do not use within 2 hours of other medications. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney or liver disorder or if you are taking heart medications. Reduce dose or discontinue use if abdominal cramps, spasms, and/or pain occur. Do not use if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, stomach or duodenal ulcers, abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, hemorrhoids, hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a cardiovascular disorder, or a chronic gastrointestinal disorder. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, cardiac glycosides, any other laxatives or other drugs that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience headaches. Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Keep out of reach of children.
BioLivX® Capsules
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, digoxin, or antidepressant medications or if you have diabetes, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, or a liver disorder. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case discontinue use. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
