RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily.
Children and Adolescents 1 to 18 Years (all uses except rheumatoid arthritis and mood balance): ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Adults: 1 ½ teaspoon (7.5 mL) daily. Keep out of the reach of children.
